Despite extensive literature on women's underrepresentation in STEM, progress toward equality remains slow. This chapter explores how academic institutions, with an emphasis on European context, can tailor diversity measures to local realities, normalize training on bias and bystander responsibility, highlight women's achievements, and empower networking. Cultural change requires both structural responsibility and personal testimony to drive meaningful, lasting impact.
