STANDARDIZATION OF HR RECORDS MANAGEMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF FUNCTIONING OF SINGLE SERVICE CENTERS AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE HR FUNCTION

This article examines the existing approaches and methods to labor rationing and analyzes the possibility of their application to the labor rationing of employees in the conditions of the Unified Service Center. The distinctive features of the process are given. An improved approach to labor rationing in the Unified Service Center is proposed and new time standards are set based on this approach for employees engaged in personnel operations. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of proposals for an updated approach to labor rationing for personnel records management staff and replication of the approach to setting labor standards in other functional areas of Unified Service Centers, as well as the application of new calculated labor standards for personnel administration operations in other societies.
