STABILITY OF MOVEMENTS IN TEENAGE TABLE TENNIS PLAYERS AFTER SPECIALIZED PHYSICAL TRAINING
Jiancheng Cao, Liguo DuObjective: This paper aims to study the effect of specialized physical training on the movement stability of young table tennis players in intense competition. Methods: Forty trainees were randomly divided into Group A (specialized physical training) and Group B (general physical training) for 8 weeks of training. Before and after the training, the indicators related to various qualities and movement stability of the two groups were compared. Results: After training, the standing long jump in Group A reached 231.54 ± 7.64[Formula: see text]cm, the distance of seated rotational ball throw was 333.67 ± 16.89[Formula: see text]cm, the time consumed in completing 20 swings improved to 11.84 ± 0.08[Formula: see text]s, the 3.5[Formula: see text]m side slide increased to 25.87 ± 1.12[Formula: see text]times, the abdominal and back muscle endurance improved, and the performance of cross-directional shuttle run was 5.21 ± 0.26[Formula: see text]s. Compared with the pretraining performance and Group B, [Formula: see text]. In terms of movement stability, indicators such as the number of consecutive forehand topspin/backspin loops in Group A were significantly superior to those in Group B. Conclusion: Specialized physical training can significantly enhance the various qualities and movement stability of teenage students and can be applied in actual training.
