Sr 2 PrSbO 6 double perovskite as a solar-blind UV photodetector: a combined DFT and device simulation study

The monoclinic double perovskite oxide Sr 2 PrSbO 6 (space group P 2 1 / c , No. 14) crystallises with rock-salt ordering of Pr 3+ and Sb 5+ on the B-sublattice, can be used as solar-blind UV photo detector.
