Spectral Characterization of the Eccentricity Matrix for Clean Graphs Over Rings of Specific Orders

We begin by constructing these graphs and determining their eccentricity matrices. Then, we find the spectra of these matrices, that is, all eigenvalues together with their algebraic multiplicities.
