Spatial isomerism regulates host–guest distance for highly efficient organic room-temperature phosphorescence

Spatial isomerism compresses host–guest distance from 3.36 to 2.86 Å by balancing guest conformation with electrostatic complementarity, enhancing Dexter TTET and increasing Φ Phos. from 0.81% to 8.97% and τ P from 23 to 158 ms.
