SOCIAL, CLIMATIC AND BEHAVIORAL RISK FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH DYSLIPIDEMIA: WHETHER THE NEGATIVE TREND CAN BE CHANGED IN THE POPULATION?

BULGAKOVAtherosclerotic vascular diseases are one of the main causes of death all over the world, and healthy diet and lifestyle are of great importance for their primary prevention. Along with lipid factors, some modifiable risk factors play an important role in change of a lifestyle Cardiology in order to reduce the risk of morbidity and mortality from atherosclerotic vascular diseases. This review presents some modifiable factors whose links with lipid metabolism disorders are not always obvious, but their correction at the population level is rather important for reduction of general risk of morbidity and mortality.
