This paper presents a novel IoT‐based soup and noodle vending machine designed to deliver nutritious and convenient instant food. Targeted for public spaces such as hospitals, offices, and educational institutions, the system addresses growing consumer demand for healthy, ready‐to‐eat options that fit busy lifestyles. The machine is equipped with five containers for noodles, soup mix, vegetable masala, non‐vegetable masala, and water, dispensing ingredients through a precision T‐shaped pipe and spiral conveyor. A compact LCD screen and four touch sensors form the user interface, enabling selection of soup or noodle type and adjustment of masala levels (low, medium, or high). A proximity sensor ensures dispensing begins only when a cup is placed, minimizing spills and enhancing convenience. The IoT framework, built on the Blynk platform, enables real‐time monitoring of machine performance, ingredient inventory, and maintenance, with remote control via smartphone or computer. Unlike conventional vending machines, this design emphasizes customization, allowing users to personalize ingredient levels, starting with masala and extendable to all components. This flexibility improves consumer satisfaction and reduces food waste, contributing to both convenience and sustainability.
