This chapter focuses on how artificial intelligence (AI) shapes talent acquisition by not only spotting candidates but ensuring the start-continued long-term well-being of the employee. The chapter takes a practical, human-centred paradigm where AI interfaces assess job applications and video interviews and behaviour patterns to assess and predict candidates emotional, cultural fit, and resilience. Adding well-being benchmarks to recruitment decisions assists organizations drop employee turnover rates, increase employee happiness, and improve overall organizational health. The chapter focuses on well- established AI applications from budding companies and global human resource (HR) tech firms. AI assesses unconscious bias in organizations and improves customer recruitment experiences, job-person fit, and post hire experiences. The chapter examines critiques of AI use in recruitment, especially in the areas of fairness, privacy, and disclosure.
