Simultaneous removal of phosphate and fluoride by calcium peroxide in a binary system: performance and mechanisms

In a single system, phosphate and fluoride were removed in the form of Ca ₅ (PO ₄ ) ₃ OH and CaF ₂ , respectively. In contrast, a new component Ca ₅ (PO ₄ ) ₃ F further emerged in the binary system.
