The creep rate, peculiarities of the internal friction spectrum, and the resistance of a planar contact are studied for a two-phase bismuth ceramic. The displacement of the peak on the temperature dependence of the creep rate and singularities of the planar contact resistance in an external magnetic field point towards the effect of variations in the free charge carrier system in the superconducting state on the dislocation dynamics. The obtained results confirm an earlier assumption concerning the dislocation mechanism of softening of the ceramic in the superconducting state and do not contradict the BCS theory of pairing of charge carriers.
