Shaping Mechanism and Simulation Optimization of Higher Education Resource Spatial Allocation on Students’ School-Choice Decision-Making Psychology Based on School-Age Population Structure Changes

Objective
The continuous change of school-age population structure and unbalanced spatial allocation of higher education resources bring severe decision-making psychological pressure to prospective college students, triggering confused and restless mental states and seriously affecting adolescent physical and mental health. This study deeply explores the internal influencing mechanism of educational resource allocation on students’ school-choice psychology, aiming to ease excessive decision-making pressure and comprehensively optimize students’ overall mental health status..
Subjects and Methods
This study adopts demographic data analysis, psychological questionnaire surveys and system simulation methods. It takes a large group of college applicants as research subjects, analyzes the correlation between resource spatial allocation differences, population structure changes, students’ decision-making psychological pressure and fluctuating mental states, and scientifically simulates targeted optimal resource allocation schemes.
Results
Unreasonable spatial allocation of higher education resources significantly increases students’ school-choice anxiety and persistent psychological pressure, leading to long-term unstable mental states. Optimized resource allocation schemes effectively reduce decision-making burden, alleviate various negative psychological emotions, and greatly improve students’ mental health and decision-making confidence.
Conclusions
Rational spatial allocation of higher education resources can positively shape students’ school-choice psychology. Scientific simulation optimization effectively relieves students’ competitive psychological pressure, stabilizes their positive mental states, improves educational psychological adaptation, and provides valuable reference for promoting balanced education development and long-term student mental health protection.
