Self-organization mechanism in Bridgman-grown MnBi ₂ Te ₄ /(Bi ₂ Te _{3 Paweł Skupiński, Kamil Sobczak, Katarzyna Gas, Anna Reszka, Yadhu K. Edathumkandy, Jakub Majewski, Krzysztof Grasza, Maciej Sawicki, Agnieszka Wołoś}

We investigate the Inverted Vertical Bridgman growth of MnBi ₂ Te ₄ /(Bi ₂ Te ₃ ) _n crystals, with particular emphasis on the structural ordering of MnBi ₂ Te ₄ Septuple Layers within the Bi ₂ Te ₃ Quintuple-Layer matrix and its influence on magnetic properties.
