Selective leaching and NH ₄ VO ₃ crystallisation for vanadium recovery from spent sulfuric acid plant catalysts: a bench-scale study

Bench-scale hydrometallurgical processing of a vanadium spent catalyst achieved 97.8% selective vanadium extraction and produced 98.96% pure V ₂ O ₅ through precipitation, roasting, and crystallization steps.
