ABSTRACT

Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has rapidly emerged as an important ablation technology for atrial arrhythmias and is increasingly being explored for ventricular arrhythmias. As clinical experience expands, a precise understanding of its safety profile is essential. This review summarizes contemporary evidence on the safety of PFA, distinguishes procedure‐related complications from those attributable to electroporation, and highlights areas in which evidence remains limited.
