RIME or erythema multiforme major? Diagnostic classification before attributing clinical response to IVIg

Diagnostic heterogeneity, concomitant therapies and inconsistencies in the reported data limit attribution of clinical improvement specifically to IVIg, underscoring the need for explicit phenotypic classification before therapeutic inference.
