Reversible Bilateral Hypoglossal Palsy With Tongue Atrophy in Isolated Peripheral Nerve Vasculitis

This case report discusses an unusual presentation of peripheral nervous system vasculitis with bilateral hypoglossal nerve involvement in a woman aged 50 years who presented with subacute asymmetric weakness, severe neuropathic pain, and dysarthria.
