Retraction Notice to: Stepwise Regression Analysis of the Determinants of Blood Tacrolimus Concentrations in Chinese Patients with Liver Transplant
Z. Jin, W. X. Zhang, B. Chen, A. W. Mao, W. M. CaiThe above article has been retracted by the Publisher and the Editor-in-Chief of Medicinal Chemistry following concerns regarding ethical sourcing and provenance of the human organs or tissues associated with the transplantation research reported in the article. These concerns were raised in the published literature and relate to compliance with internationally accepted ethical standards governing the sourcing and use of organs for transplantation research. The authors were contacted on multiple occasions and were requested to provide clarification and supporting information regarding the ethical provenance of the organs or tissues and the conduct of the study. The authors did not respond to these requests. The authors' institution was subsequently contacted and requested to investigate the matter; however, no response or investigation outcome was received. In the absence of sufficient information or institutional verification to establish that the study complied with applicable ethical standards, the Editor and Publisher are unable to confirm the ethical provenance of the material underlying the reported research. The article is therefore retracted from the scientific record. The original article will remain available in accordance with the journal’s archival policies and will be clearly identified as retracted. The Publisher and Editor-in-Chief regret any inconvenience this action may cause to readers. The Bentham Editorial Policy on Article Retraction is available on the Bentham Science website.
