Abstract

Objective

Heavy academic tasks and interpersonal troubles bring pervasive daily psychological pressure to contemporary students, leading to fluctuating negative mental states and restricting the development of positive mental health. Traditional music education lacks targeted psychological intervention effects due to single teaching modes. This paper explores the internal mechanism of AI integrated music education in alleviating students’ psychological pressure, regulating unstable mental states and improving their overall mental health level.

Subjects and Methods

This study selects middle school and college students with different levels of daily psychological pressure as research participants. It adopts questionnaire surveys, controlled teaching experiments and statistical analysis. It compares changes of students’ psychological pressure degree, real-time mental states and mental health indicators before and after receiving AI-assisted personalized music education, and summarizes its psychological intervention path.

Results

Intelligent personalized music education matched with individual psychological characteristics can effectively decompose students’ accumulated daily psychological pressure, ease anxious and depressed abnormal mental states, optimize inner emotional balance, and produce significant positive effects on repairing and improving students’ mental health.

Conclusions

AI technology empowers music education to realize accurate psychological guidance. This innovative teaching mode can continuously relieve students’ long-term daily psychological pressure, correct negative mental states caused by study and life troubles, consolidate students’ positive mental quality, and provide new ideas for mental health education reform in modern schools.
