Research on Multicultural Nursing and Its Strategies for University Teachers and Students

Analyze the composition, age, regional background, and cultural characteristics of university teachers and students group. Base on Leininger’s " Multicultural Nursing Theory" identify the typical cultural traits of this social group including their major, age factors, regional characteristics, religious beliefs, lifestyle, and values. Provide corresponding nursing strategies through the four stages of the nursing process—Assessment, Diagnose, Planning&Implementation, and Evaluation—to deliver effective and facilitative culturally sensitive care to university teachers and students.
