Research on creative entrepreneurship in Russia: development trends and forecasts

This analysis traces the development of the creative sector from its spontaneous origin to official recognition by the state as a significant driver of economic development and socio-cultural formation. The paper identifies key trends in the development of creative entrepreneurship in Russia, among which are the institutionalization and strengthening of government support, the processes of digitalization and hybridization of business models, regionalization and the formation of creative clusters, as well as the growing number of socially transformative initiatives. The impact of international isolation, which stimulated import substitution and the search for new markets for creative products, including the BRICS countries and the Asia-Pacific region, is considered separately. The author has calculated the forecast values of the main economic indicators of the development of creative entrepreneurship in Russia until 2027, including the number of people employed in the creative industries and the volume of gross value added. The study pays special attention to the existing problems in the field of legal regulation, limited access to finance and human resource development, and suggests ways to solve them based on the best foreign and domestic practices. The article also highlights the need to form a unified methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of creative projects and improving tax preferences for subjects of the creative economy. The author substantiates the expediency of creating regional clusters for the development of creative industries, which will help in accumulating best practices and ensure systematic monitoring of the industry. The conclusions are based on an analysis of government programs, industry reports, Rosstat statistics and scientific and academic publications of recent years, which ensures the representativeness and reliability of the results obtained.
