Under high magnetic fields (HMFs), filler agglomeration and steric hindrance severely limit the alignment of high-concentration anisotropic materials. While coupled rotation and vibration resolve this problem, achieving effective magnetic shielding and precise device control in extreme magnetic environments remains a technical challenge. In this work, we propose a repeatable rotational vibration device (RVD) specifically designed for a 10 T superconducting magnet. Compared to pure HMFs, the synergistic effect of HMF+RVD achieves effective densification (density increase of 0.04 g/cm3 with a significantly narrowed 95% confidence interval) and near-perfect uniaxial orientation (the full width at half maximum is reduced by nearly 40%). The device employs a hierarchical cavity truss structure and a magnetic shielding system, achieving a 32-fold increase in support stiffness and an 82.4% reduction in magnetic field attenuation at the actuator. Through active multi-channel adjustment and eccentric compensation mechanisms, the device exhibits extremely high operational stability (amplitude fluctuation <5% and speed deviation ≤ ±0.1 rpm). This research provides a robust hardware paradigm for simultaneously achieving ultrahigh densification and extreme orientation of materials under extreme magnetic fields, opening new avenues for the fabrication of next-generation high-performance anisotropic materials.
