This work presents an economical and environmental project of a green condominium through the combination of several green building technologies. The proposal uses photovoltaic PV sets in homes and other buildings in a sustainable condominium. The proposal reuses rainwater, civil construction waste, and certified wood to minimize the impacts of extracting these resources. Biodigesters were used to generate biogas and minimize the cost of purchasing natural gas. In addition, the carbon credits generated by the residence and condominium were also calculated. Results show that carbon credits cover more than 51% of the total costs, and over the project lifetime the sustainable condominium absorbs 1,792,055.6 t CO2. The sustainable condominium project had a payback of 4 years, an IRR of 24.7%, a ROI of 208%, and a NPV of US$ 2637, demonstrating that the sustainable condominium reduces its GHG impact and is also resilient to risk and is socially, environmentally, and economically viable.
