Reconstructing the buried interface for carbon based all-inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite solar cells

In this study, we utilized DTNB to engineer the SnO 2 /perovskite buried interface, achieving the dual purpose of defect passivation and electronic compensation. The optimized device yielded a PCE of 11.16% with a high V oc of 1.714 V.
