Realization Of The Economic Potential Of The Region In The Context Of Digital Transformation Of The Economy

For the historical regions of the Russian Federation, the digital transformation of the economy, which is changing the usual understanding of processes in all spheres of life, is an additional obstacle to integration into the public, economic, social, scientific and innovative space of Russia. The article examines the realization of the economic potential of the Luhansk People's Republic in the context of the digital transformation of the economy for the full integration of historical regions into the digital space of Russia. The concept of the process of realizing the economic potential of the region in the context of the digital transformation of the economy is formulated. It is proposed to activate the economic potential of the region by activating its types, namely: natural resource, industrial, innovative, labor (personnel) and scientific and technical. The obstacles to the integration of historical regions and the LPR in particular into the digital space of Russia are outlined. The main directions of ensuring transparency and openness of digital services in the Republic are highlighted, which are aimed at creating a favorable investment climate, which will become the basis for realizing its economic potential.
