Reactive oxygen species determined the toxicity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles to Daphnia magna : insights from regulated generation
Yao Li, Xiangrui Wang, Xiaolong Yang, Ying Wang, Wenhong FanAu@TiO 2 core–shell and pure TiO 2 NPs were designed to regulate ROS generation, revealing that ·O 2 − drives antioxidant responses while ·OH mediates membrane damage in TiO 2 NPs toxicity to Daphnia magna .
