RATING OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND BROKER'S JOINT ACTIVITIES

The article substantiates the relevance of the joint activities of management companies and a broker. The term "investment dyad" is proposed, which refers to the joint activities of management companies and a broker. Based on the analysis hierarchy method, a methodology for rating the joint activities of management companies and a broker has been developed. The methodology has been tested on six Russian investment dyads as of December 31, 2024. The results can be used to select the most attractive and reliable investment dyad, as well as to improve the efficiency of the activities of management companies and a broker. The study conducted a comparative analysis of approaches to building a rating of the joint activities of management companies and brokers. The following trends in the development of broker services and trust management were identified: increasing the financial literacy of the population, reducing the threshold for entering the stock market, developing applications and websites with an intuitive interface, building trust in the economy and trust management, and expanding the range of services. A methodology for rating the joint activities of management companies and brokers was developed, and recommendations were provided for applying the results of the study in the professional field.
