Quintuple Mental Foramina: A Rare Anatomical Variant Identified by High‐Resolution Cone Beam Computed Tomography—A Case Report
Joul KassisABSTRACT
This 26‐year‐old male presented with severe right mandibular pain. ALARA/ALADA‐compliant cone beam computed tomography revealed a rare bilateral quintuple mental foramina configuration: three on the right and two on the left. Third molar extraction proceeded without neurosensory complications. This report details the embryological, epidemiological, and surgical implications of this anatomical variation.
