Quinazoline-tethered thiazolo[3,2- a ]pyrimidines and their cyclic chalcone derivatives as HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitors: green synthesis, molecular docking, and in silico

Citrus lemon juice-mediated green synthesis afforded quinazolinyl biphenylsulfone imines with dual AChE/BuChE inhibitory activity. Compound 3m emerged as the lead, supported by docking and ADMET analyses.
