Continuous at‐home monitoring of urinary oxalate dynamics is vital for the comprehensive management of hyperoxaluria and thus reduces the risk of kidney stone formation. However, home‐based devices for capturing dynamic oxalate profiles remain elusive, as urine is challenging to sample and unstable for subsequent biochemical testing. Here we report a remote multimodal sensing platform for achieving such urine monitoring during daily sequential urination through seamless embedding into a standard urine collection bucket. This platform integrates electrochemical oxalate sensing with simultaneous pH and urine‐volume measurements to correct the matrix drift in oxalate quantification. We achieve quasi‐continuous monitoring of 24 h urinary physicochemical dynamics under diet‐induced transient hyperoxaluria. By decoupling oxalate concentration from multimodal signals per urination, we reveal distinct metabolic response profiles under different dietary oxalate loads, providing new real‐time insights into oxalate metabolism and its associated risk of kidney stones. Our all‐in‐one sampling‐and‐testing platform could revolutionize clinical urine analysis for hyperoxaluria, shifting from a one‐time, multi‐day turnaround assay into a paradigm of quasi‐continuous monitoring with immediate feedback. This work represents a practical route toward personalized management of hyperoxaluria and a decentralized metabolic monitoring strategy for urology.
