Quantum-confinement and defect-engineered N,S-carbon nanosheet–ruthenium quantum dot heterostructures for highly efficient organic solar cells

Ru quantum dot-decorated N,S-codoped carbon nanosheets, prepared by facile solvothermal route, serve as a multifunctional ETL. Oxygen vacancies enhance electron extraction, suppress recombination, enable 10.77% PCE in inverted organic solar cells.
