Pyrylium and thio-pyrylium integrated olefin-linked cationic conjugated porous polymers for the adsorption of organic dyes in aqueous medium
Maruti Vibhuti Ravikumar, Balagopalan Gayathri, Vellanki LakshmiTMP-based cationic CPPs were synthesized and used for adsorbing dyes from water through polarizable BF 4 − /CF 3 SO 3 − counterions, which facilitate bridging between the dye and the polymer, as well as π–π and pore interactions.
