Psychological Pressure Recognition of College Students and Digital Service Response Path in Smart Library Environments

Ping Sheng

Abstract

Objective

College students commonly face high academic and living psychological pressure, which disrupts mental state and impairs mental health. This study aims to explore the psychological pressure recognition mechanism of college students in smart library environments, and construct an efficient digital service response path, so as to provide technical support for alleviating psychological pressure, stabilizing mental state and safeguarding mental health.

Subjects and Methods

Taking 150 college students as research objects, smart library environment sensing devices were used to collect their behavioral and environmental data. Psychological scales assessed pressure levels and mental health status. Data mining and machine learning algorithms analyzed the correlation between library environment, psychological pressure and mental state to build a recognition model.

Results

The proposed smart recognition model accurately identifies different levels of psychological pressure. Digital services based on environmental perception and psychological data effectively relieve students' psychological stress, optimize their mental state and improve mental health levels. Lack of targeted services, however, exacerbates mental tension and pressure accumulation.

Conclusions

Smart library environments can effectively support college students' psychological pressure recognition and mental health intervention. Integrating psychological service elements into digital library construction is crucial for alleviating psychological pressure, stabilizing mental state and realizing humanistic mental health care on campus.
