Multi-valence Mn substitution (Mn 2+ /Mn 3+ /Mn 4+ ) in SrTiO 3 integrated with 2D rGO creates a pseudo-high-entropy state, breaking local centrosymmetry and generating Ti 3+ shallow traps and oxygen vacancies for noble-metal-free CO 2 reduction.
