PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF PLASTINATION IN FORENSIC MEDICAL EXAMINATION
A. ChERTOVSKIH, K. TIMOFEEV, Yu. BOYaRKOVThe article describes the trends of development of the biological entity plastination and prospects for its practical use in forensic medicine. Modernization of the existing plastination methods improves the capacities to store the organs and tissues removed from corpses for a virtually unlimited period with full preservation of their macroscopic features and morphological data, which enlarges and strengthen the evidence base of the investigation.
