Progressive Asymmetric Bilateral Violaceous Periorbital Edema

A 66-year-old man had worsening bilateral periorbital erythema and edema for 1 month, greater on the right side. Examination showed 20/40 visual acuity with glasses in each eye, otherwise normal ocular findings, and right-sided induration and violaceous discoloration extending from the forehead to the cheek and involving both eyelids. What is your diagnosis?
