Program for the prevention of hypodynamia among students of artistic disciplines using traditional games of the peoples of Russia

Research methods and organization. The following methods were applied: theoretical analysis and synthesis of literary sources, comprehensive assessment of the functional state of students, questionnaires, and statistical processing of the obtained data. The experiment was conducted in three stages from September 2025 to April 2026. Female students of artistic specialties from years 1–4 of study, residing on the university campus, took part in the experiment. Research results and conclusions. The features of using games of the peoples of Russia in organizing physical activity and preventing hypodynamia in students of artistic specialties were identified. A list of games of the peoples of Russia, their content, and the features of their application in students were determined. A hypodynamia prevention program was developed, including activities within curricular and extracurricular settings. An assessment of the functional state and motor activity of the experimental participants was conducted. The effectiveness of the proposed program was proven. The obtained results allow us to conclude that the prevention of hypodynamia can be carried out using games of the peoples of Russia, which are implemented in accordance with the developed program during curricular and extracurricular activities.
