Abstract

This chapter details the rapid adaptation of professional development programs at the Emergency Management Institute to virtual environments during COVID-19. The authors highlight practical strategies employed to replicate interactive, experiential learning experiences online, emphasizing the critical role of institutional readiness and faculty development.
