ABSTRACT

Persistent vaginal bleeding during pregnancy should not be attributed solely to obstetric causes. Rare cervical malignancies, including angiosarcoma, may present with life‐threatening anemia, and MRI with early biopsy is essential to avoid diagnostic delay.
