Possibilities for Developing Public Passenger Transport Strategy and Marketing

Abstract

Currently, high demands are placed on the quality and efficient functioning of public passenger transport, which must be the main element of people’s mobility. However, several shortcomings are still evident in various areas of public passenger transport. The contribution points to current strategic bottlenecks and proposes brief but systematic academic solutions on how progress can be achieved in the area of setting a strategy for the functioning of public passenger transport and its marketing. The above proposals are followed by specific solutions to selected practical problems.
