Polemical kinesiology: An interdisciplinary link between security studies, sports, military, and police sciences
Miloš Milošević, Đurica AmamovićPolemological kinesiology represents a contemporary interdisciplinary scientific approach that integrates knowledge from polemology, kinesiology, security studies, military and police sciences. As both a scientific and applied discipline, polemological kinesiology examines the physical, biomechanical, and psychological aspects of human movement in the context of conflict, combat, physical training, and security interventions. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of special physical education, martial systems, and self-defense in the training of police officers and special units. This paper analyzes the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and strategic significance of polemological kinesiology in police and military training, including its contribution to the development of strategic, ethical, and operational competencies.
