PLGA and Eudragit-based long-acting microspheres for Parkinson's disease management

Nakmode, Haripriya Koppisetti, Weranga Rajapaksha, Yunmei Song, Sanjay GargA long-acting PLGA/Eudragit microsphere formulation was developed to replace frequent oral dosing for Parkinson's disease. It successfully delivered hydrophilic pramipexole, achieving sustained release for up to 18 days with excellent syringeability.
