Persistent Hepatitis C Viremia Following Sofosbuvir/Velpatasvir During Bendamustine‐Rituximab Therapy for Follicular Lymphoma

ABSTRACT

This is a case of a 67‐year‐old female with follicular lymphoma who developed hepatitis C viremia during chemotherapy and failed treatment with a 12‐week course of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir. This highlights the possibility that chemotherapy may have contributed to failure to achieve sustained virologic response despite otherwise appropriate direct‐acting antiviral therapy.
