ABSTRACT

A 10‐year‐old Sudanese boy with chronic bilious vomiting, cachexia, and scaphoid abdomen was diagnosed with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome (SMAS) via CT angiography. After failed conservative management, side‐to‐side duodenojejunostomy resolved symptoms. This first reported pediatric SMAS case from Sudan highlights early CT diagnosis to prevent prolonged morbidity.
