Askhab Akhmedov, Ramzan Kurbanov, Salman Eliphanov

The purpose of the study is to substantiate a pedagogical model of an individual educational trajectory of a student in competitive programming. Research methods and organization. The study was carried out as a theoretical conceptual-modeling one; the theoretical and methodological basis was made up of the provisions of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" on the individual curriculum, the integrative methodology of the stage-by-stage formation of algorithmic thinking, the methodology of using problem systems in preparing schoolchildren for informatics olympiads, and the role model of the ICPC team format. Research results and conclusions. A three-component pedagogical model is proposed: the first component is level differentiation of preparation (A – basic, B – advanced, C – olympiad), the second is role differentiation (mathematician-algorithmist, programmer, tester), and the third is the stages of preparation according to the federal standard of sports training. The three components are integrated into the student's individual curriculum, which is adjusted by a teacher-mentor based on the results of competitive and certification activity. The model is applicable in "Tochka Rosta" educational centers when designing the work of an informatics teacher, in teacher advanced training programs, and in the development of individual curricula for schoolchildren.
