Peculiarities of recognizing forensic medical examination as inadmissible evidence in civil proceedings
A.V. KurnitckaiaThe article considers cases of recognition by the court of the Expert Opinion as inadmissible evidence. The reason was the involvement of freelance specialists in civil proceedings by the head of the expert organization in the production of forensic examination without the consent of the court.
