P‐Doped MoS 2 Coupled With MnO 2 for Integrated Flexible Energy and Sensing Systems
Haohao Liu, Pengfei Zong, Qi Qi, Yuqiao WangWith the increasing demand for multifunctional integration in flexible electronics, developing self‐powered systems that combine energy storage and sensing capabilities is of paramount importance. This study presents a 3D interconnected MnO 2 /P‐MoS 2 composite electrode fabricated through a synergistic strategy of phosphorus doping and hydrothermal assembly. P‐doping expands the MoS 2 interlayer spacing and modulates its electronic structure. Subsequent integration with MnO 2 nanorods establishes a 3D conductive network, facilitating rapid ion and electron transport. The screen‐printed microsupercapacitors exhibit a high area‐specific capacitance of 46.82 mF cm −2 and maintain 88.1% of their initial capacitance after 12 000 cycles. Regarding sensing performance, the micropressure sensor yields a high sensitivity of 4.98 kPa −1 with a fast 300 ms response. This allows for the reliable detection of physiological signals such as tapping, wrist bending, and exhalation. The integrated flexible system achieves a pressure‐driven visual response by integrating the energy storage and sensing units, demonstrating its potential for self‐powered wearable electronics and human–machine interfaces.
