Pd-Catalyzed Regioselective Phenoxyl-Arylation of Ynamides: An Access to Tetrasubstituted Ketene N,O -Acetals

This work describes an efficient Pd-catalyzed regioselective phenoxyl-arylation of ynamides with aryl iodides and phenols, providing a wide variety of tetrasubstituted ketene N,O-acetals in up to 99% yield. The reaction likely involves a syn-oxypalladation of the ynamide.
