Pathomorphological, farmacological and clinical aspects of venous thromboembolic complications in surgical patients at extremely high risk

The results obtained will allow improvement of preventive pharmacotherapy for this category of patients and alleviate clinical course of the post-operative period for the most severe comorbid patients – those with endothelial dysfunction.
