Passivating polymorphic interface states to suppress nonradiative recombination in Cu ₂ ZnSnS ₄ thin-film solar cells

The polymorphic kesterite/stannite interfaces induce nonradiative recombination due to the translational symmetry disruption in elemental valence states, which are effectively passivated by In or P incorporation.
